WHAT IT IS ABOUT:
During those 8 sessions we will be addressing the physical body and how the body detoxes and how we can support it on a day-by-day basis. This is ideal for those individuals new to detoxing, especially those with long-term illness, through a gradual, gentle and natural cleanse.
The program moves from gut and bowels upwards to the brain, ensuring a systematic and gentle detox.
We will also be looking at the WORST "foods" MOST OF US very likely still eat on a regular basis that frankly and sadly give our bodies a tough time - we will eliminate those along the way in a simple way AND in a holistic fashion we will also be looking at your 'other' bodies: our spiritual and energetic bodies.
Included are personal check lists and practical guidance given from week to week via food, drink, supplement
suggestions.
This program is packed with tips and guidance to help you along on a "Gentle Beginner's Detox" so you can

Details:
Duration: 8 weeks with 1 session (1-1.5 hours) per week OR 4 weeks (with 2 session per week) -- all sessions online
Group Size: small group (up to 10 participants) (personalised 1 on 1 is available at a different fee)
